The Goodes-O'Loughlin Foundation will develop and manage
a series of programs in 3 key focus areas:
Adam Goodes and Michael O'Loughlin set up the Goodes-O'Loughlin Foundation with the goal to provide Corporate Australia and Indigenous Australia with a means by which to engage more closely. We exist to enable a brighter future for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

That Indigenous Australians achieve disproportionate representation amongst the future leaders and role models of Australia, and in all walks of life, so that the next generation have the self-belief and support they need to achieve their own dreams and goals.
That Indigenous communities are able to achieve economic participation and independence.
